An Ecosystem Society is designed as a HUMAN decentralised autonomous organisation ("DAO") in DIGITALUNIVERSE, connecting through
Peer to Peer Communications, "Edge to Edge" nodal mesh network processing, storage and memory compliant with Alliance iii.o principles.
Society membership is limited to HUMANs.
Each Member agrees with other Members, confidentiality, privacy, respect for property of others and similar covenants as set forth in Society Protocol.
Each Member operates in conjunction with their respective Digital Twin, interfacing with various Ecosystem Protocol assets, in a manner designed to facilitate risk mitigation and benefit from ai optimisation and collaboration.
An Initiative represents a segmented scope of activity, interaction and dedicated Components and Connections within a digital framework representing one or more Ecosystems operating under an Initiative Protocol which governs activities associated with such Initiative and defines its Ecosystem(s) operations, Components, Connections, DAOs, etc., as well as Society members associated with the Inititiative.
An Ecosystem represents a collection of Components which establish an operational infrastructure configured for various associated purposes. An Ecosystem Society is a component within an Ecosystem and/or across multiple Ecosystems within an Initiative, as more specifically described below.
An Ecosystem Society is designed as a group of HUMAN participants who promote expansion of an Ecosystem, advise on its direction, seek to protect its persistence, nurture innovation, educate as to its primary purpose of improving the Core Focus of such Ecosystem for members of the Ecosystem and humankind, in essence undertaking the role of "godparents", operating within a digital ecosystem.
Legal Entities and Components operate within Ecosystem IOT DAO. Participants operate within Ecosystem Participant DAO. Ecosystem Society members operate with Ecosystem Member DAO. Each of these participants' nodes are connected to Ecosystem DAO Connect for digital monetary units ("dmu") and other transactional activity.
An Ecosystem Society Member is connected in their HUMAN capacity to Ecosystem Society as it operates on HUMAN only DAO. Other interactivity within Ecosystem of such individual may operate across other DAOs.
The schematic illustrates various DAO components of an Ecosystem
An Ecosystem includes access to an International Sponsor Organisation (an "ISO") to establish a HOMEWORLD legal entity to facilitate an Ecosystem's geographic and jurisdictional activities.
A primary role of an ISO is to facilitate a "Sponsor" role of various infrastructure Components which enable functionalities within an Ecosystem, consistent with principles of Alliance iii.o Protocol.
An additional role of an ISO is to provide administrative services related to an Ecosystem's "Society".
Five non-profit charitable | educational foundations ("Foundation Members") sponsor formation of an Ecosystem's ISO in a manner which provides a statutorily protected portfolio infrastructure to facilitate an array of organisational and administrative capabilities. The primary foundations were established in 2001 by Alasdair G. "Sandy" Barclay, an early pioneer in computing, having participated in development of the COBOL computing language.
A key role of an Ecosystem ISO is in fostering global awareness of the primary mission of an Ecosystem, through a PROTOCOL established as a framework for HUMAN, ORGANISATION and INTELLIGENCE interaction in facilitating the mission of the Ecosystem.
Embracing DX-Digital Transformation, an Ecosystem is designed with a significant focus on digital systems and operations. An Ecosystem's Society represents the HUMAN component of the Ecosystem in a digital world.
Once formed, an Ecosystem's ISO is to establish various Segregated Portfolio Unit facilities to support the Ecosystem's HOMEWORLD interactions. These "protected portfolios" include a framework for the Ecosystem's Society and its members.
Through this facility, an ISO is to participate in various benefits enabling it to fund costs associated with establishing HOMEWORLD Components of an Ecosystem, efforts of its Society as well as administering support and direction for funding the work of its Foundation Members.
Ecosystem Society Membership structure is described below.
A membership roll-out strategy may include these five phases: i) core Society founders including Ecosytem Sponsors, ii) component, development and strategic collaborative partners, iii) market partners, advisors, strategic alliances, academics, subject matter experts, relationship participants, iv) Ecosystem prototyping partners and strategic alliances, and v) digital monetary unit participants.
Society is designed to include Society-wide, Initiative, Ecosystem and sub-category elements, such as "country or region" and/or Initiative within country or region designations and allocation capabilities.
For example, a Senior Fellow or Fellow may be applied to Society, as well as an Initiative and/or Ecosystem. A Senior Fellow or Fellow may be designated "with portfolio". Additional designations may be added such as "Academic Fellow".
These role designations are designed to map to allocations of participations, distributions, benefits, reimbursements, voting and allocation of Society charitable donations through Lighthouse Philanthropies Foundation participants.
A natural person may have multiple designations. For example, a Senior Fellow (International), may be a Fellow in DX-Digital Transformation Initiative (US) as well as an Ecosystem under another Initiative. The Protocols for these allocations may be subject to member vote.
At the initial level is a Member's participation in specific transactions within an Initiative, or an Ecosystem ("Base Transaction Participation"). The amount of Member Deposit may increase Base Transaction Participations as well as other allocations. The Member may have participatory rights in Initiative or Ecosystem County|Region allocations, as well as Society Country|Region allocations, and Society level allocations.
The Alliance iii.o framework enables substantial configuration capability for an Individual.
For example, a natural person who created IP related to an Initiative and/or Ecosystem, may receive a distribution for IP use allocated to HUMAN. A payment for services may be mapped to such natural person's US legal person (ORGANISATION). Such natural person may be billed for infrastructure services to their Wyoming Qualified Opportunity Zone business (ORGANISATION).
In addition, such individual (HUMAN) may have created an INTELLIGENCE which persists substantial technical knowledge of that natural person, capable of interacting with other INTELLIGENCEs and HUMANs. Such INTELLIGENCE may facilitate transactional, technical and advisory services for which payments and distributions are effected.
As simple as configuring an APP, a natural person may configure their personal, private InfoVault™ to organise and operate interactions within HOMEWORLD and DIGITALUNIVERSE.
TRANSACTING EXAMPLE - An individual Society member may engage in activities within an Initiative's Ecosystem(s). As a member of such Initiative or Ecosystem, an agreed allocation of various participations rights are mapped to such individual, which are then timely distributed through the applicable Ecosytem, per the individual's configuration and administered by such Ecosystem's ISO. Allocations for Components | IP | Digital Assets are credited in a similar operational framework.
Each participant may benefit from ISO administration and the use of "protected portfolios" applicable to each participant.
A portion of a Member's allocation may be allocated to specific transaction participants, country-specific Initiative Ecosystem participants and global Initiative | Ecosystem participants, as set forth in applicable Protocol(s). A portion of country-specific and/or global Initiative allocations may be made to Initiative | Ecosystem country and international Society member pools.
A Protocol may be include provisions that allocations may be credited in fiat currency and Initiative | Ecosystem digital monetary units.
If you wish to join the Society, your enquiry is welcomed. Please introduce yourself and your area of interest.
If you are interested in participating and/or assisting in the various Initiatives, Ecosystem(s), Sponsored ISOs, Components or DAOs, we are available to discuss your area of interest.
A Society Configuration Illustration
HGVS™ Society has been designed as a membership based organisation of individuals and small teams with a core focus on innovation, expansion and development of HGVS Ecosystems, designed to deploy DX-Digital Transformation to facilitate Ecosystems which improve vitality, wellness and healthcare.
Learn more about the Society's Mission, its Membership structure, opportunites for Members, and its Membership Campaign.
The Society is comprised of an array of decentralised autonomous organisations ("DAO") whose efforts are facilitated through HGVS ISO. The Core Focus is implemented through a series of Initiatives and Components designed to expand HGVS Ecosystems by increasing HGVS Society Membership, promoting participation in various DAOs and increasing HGVS digital monetary units and related HGVS Currency Reserves.
In simple terms, HGVS Society is the "people" component of HGVS Ecosystems. It is designed to protect, expand and, in essence, be the "godparents" of HGVS Ecosystems.
HGVS ISO contributes a portion of its benefits to its non-profit Foundation participants. Each Foundation allocates 50% of such funds (subject to minimums) for distribution at the discretion of HGVS Society Members.
HGVS Society HUMAN DAO Members covenant to use their best efforts to collaborate to direct HGVS Ecosystems along a path designed to improve vitality, wellness and healthcare.
These efforts may involve active participation in specific Programs. Each Program is designed to expand and enhance HGVS Ecosystems. A Program may be designed to increase HGVS Currency Reserve assets with or without an associated increase in HGVS digital monetary units ("dmu")
A portion of these efforts are allocated to HGVS Society, for distribution to Program members. A portion of distributions are also allocated to HGVS ISO for operations, support, expense allocations and distributions to Foundations.
Each Program members personal efforts enhance Member's weighted vote on a variety of matters (including charitable distributions, expense allocation and minimum Program participation) as a part of each Program's HGVS Governance Protocol. Voting is based on various factors, including their status, membership deposit, length of service, annual dues, Program portfolios and other factors.
Each HGVS Society Membership involves an initial "deposit" which may be tendered in HGVS digital monetary units or acceptable fiat currency.
At inception and prior to launch of HGVS dcu, HGVS may deploy a form of Currency Anticipation Obligation ("CAO") in exchange for various technologies and other assets forming a part of HGVS Ecosystem assets to become HGVS Currency Reserve, supporting issuance of HGVS dmu.
HGVS Currency Reserve is designed to support HGVS dmu and expand HGVS Ecosystems assets allocated to HGVS Currency Reserve. While no assurance can be given, these assets are anticipated to appreciate over time and further benefit HGVS Currency Reserve and HGVS dmu it supports.

A core premise of a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation is a trustless system, a core healthcare principle is "trust" among patients and healthcare providers.
HGVS Society is about maintaining the "people" element in digital systems and services, particularly in wellness and healthcare.
As an association or perhaps DAO with no geographic jurisdictional situs,
member activities globally are designed to operate primarily in DIGITALUNIVERSE under HGVS Protocol.
HGVS DAOs are designed to structurally limit exposure to systemic and jurisdictional risk.
The Society's role involves observation and awareness, creativity, development of new programs, new uses of modular components, marketing activities, social media influencing, building new relationships, expanding new forms of vitality, wellness and healthcare innovations, and much more ....
